Mr. Alan Yung is the Chief Operating Officer of ACT Genomics Co., Ltd. He has over 25 years of experience in finance, investment and corporate management.

Prior to joining ACT Genomics, Mr. Yung was the Head of ARIA Funds at CLSA Capital Partners, a pan-Asian private equity and asset management platform based in Hong Kong. Before CLSA, he was the Head of Investment at Tokio Marine Investment Services Limited, the private equity arm of Tokio Marine Holdings covering Asia excluding Japan. Earlier in his career, Mr. Yung also took up sell-side positions at BZW Asia Limited and China International Capital Corporation. From 2019 to 2021, Mr. Yung was the assessment panel member of the IncuBio Program of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park.

Mr. Yung is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering and from Chinese University of Hong Kong with a MA in Comparative & Public History.
