Liquid Biopsy When Tissue Is Limited

Uses whole blood or pleural effusion when tumor tissue is limited or unavailable.

102-Gene Genomic Profiling

Profiles 102 cancer-related genes across 96SNVs and InDels, 24 CNAs, 19 fusions and MSI to provide clinically relevant molecular information.

Treatment-related Genomic Information

Integrates clinically relevant variants and biomarkers with corresponding therapeutic information to support evaluation of systemic and targeted therapy options.

‍

‍

Serial Result Comparison

Supports comparison of molecular findings across serial liquid biopsy tests to help identify changes over the course of treatment.

8 Working Days

Provides professional genomic testing results within 8 working days from receipt of qualified specimens at our CAP-accredited laboratory.

Summary

Tumor Molecular Profiles May Change DuringTreatment

Tumor molecular profiles may change as cancer progresses and adapts under treatment pressure. Molecular information obtained at an earlier time point may therefore not fully reflect the tumor at later stages of disease. Liquid biopsy provides an approach for molecular reassessment at clinically relevant time points without relying solely on repeat tissue biopsy, helping clinicians obtain updated genomic information when considering subsequent treatment strategies.

Different Clinical Purposes Require Different ctDNA Tests

ctDNA assays are developed for different clinical purposes and therefore require different test designs and analytical sensitivities. ACTLiquid™ Lite is intended for molecular genotyping and treatment-related reassessment in patients with advanced or metastatic so particularly when updated genomic information is needed during disease progression, suspected recurrence or drug resistance.

When to Consider ACTLiquid™ Lite

  • Tumor tissue is limited or unavailable
  • Evaluating systemic or targeted therapy options
  • Monitoring suspected disease progression or recurrence
  • Assessing next-line therapeutic strategies upon drug resistance
