【Job Profile】
The position is responsible in supporting the Medical Affairs team at ACT Genomics by assisting with various medical activities. This role includes providing product information, participating in medical lectures and discussions, managing professional relationships, and developing medical information to support ACT Genomics' goals in main focus Thailand and SEA countries as well.
【Job Responsibilities】
- Develop and Maintain Professional Relationships with internal and external customers to provide comprehensive medical and scientific support.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of product applications and competitor data to ensure accurate and relevant information is communicated.
- Handle Clinical Application Inquiries and provide Medical and Scientific Advice.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and update clinical materials that accurately reflect current scientific knowledge.
- Conduct training sessions for internal and external customers.
【Job Qualification】
- MPhil, Master or PhD education infields such as cancer biology, molecular biology, molecular oncology, genetics, translational medicine, or pharmacology.
- For MD candidates, a minimum of 2years of clinical practice experience in internal medicine, oncology, genetic medicine, or molecular pathology, with academic research experience preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or medical device sectors) in roles involving educational activities, clinical trials, medical communications, or market development.
- Proficiency in scientific and medical communication, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience in developing and reviewing medical information content.
- Good understanding of the legal and regulatory guidelines for companion diagnostics in oncology.
